2. Requirement 12, Throat-clearing and announcements, §5.2: “This combination created a point for assessment” announces the analysis that follows the colon.  Begin with “The continuity argument relied on affirmative conduct”.

3. Requirement 12, Throat-clearing and announcements, §5.4: “J2’s wording warrants a source qualification.”  The next sentence states the source problem and can open the paragraph.

4. Requirement 12, Redundancy, §5.6: “The accepted tally was seven votes for the plaintiff and one for the defendant” repeats in the next paragraph’s “entered judgment for the proponent by seven votes to one.”  Combine the tally and the account of the narrowed dispute.

5. Requirement 12, Filler words, §6.2: “was itself part of the evidence presented.”  Delete “itself”.
