## Remarks

- Requirement 9, §1.4: “The sampler first groups equivalent model endpoints and selects representatives.”  Define the equivalence criterion and the rule for selecting a representative.  These determine the sampling population, but the description leaves their meaning unspecified.

- Requirement 9, §3.2: “Israeli personnel crossed Line A on December 8.”  Identify Line A at its first use and explain its relation to the market’s stipulated geography.

- Requirement 12, Relevance and Throat-clearing, abstract: “It first describes the adjudication procedures” and “The narrative follows the defense’s narrowing position” announce contents.  The process finding stated at the end of §8, “ARB produced a reviewable progression from a broad market question to a narrowed dispute,” needs a direct statement in the abstract and at the beginning of the section supporting it.

- Requirement 12, Grammar and mechanics: “gives each side several opportunities” (§1.1) substitutes a vague quantity for four opportunities per side.  “Several largely summarize the supporting conduct” (§7.2) leaves the council members unidentified despite the complete rationales in Appendix A.  “Several unresolved weaknesses” (§8) similarly leaves the asserted weaknesses unspecified.  Use the available count or identify the relevant members and weaknesses.

- Requirement 12, Throat-clearing: “Several parts of that activity had identifiable consequences” (§7.1), “Several limits constrain generalization” (§8), and “The following are the complete accepted rationales in seat order” (Appendix A) announce the material that follows.  Begin with the substantive findings or limitations.  The appendix heading and seat labels already identify its contents and order.

- Requirement 12, Relevance: “A fair account of the exchange must retain that qualification” (§5.3) and “A description of process quality requires both kinds of observation” (§7.2) comment on how to write the report.  The surrounding sentences already supply the qualification and observations.

- Requirement 12, Sentences and paragraphs, §6.1: “None of the eight successful agents called get_case; C8’s additional calls concerned the evidence catalog and bytes.”  Replace the semicolon between independent clauses with a period.

- Requirement 12, Relevance, §6.1: “For example, its P-1 read requested offset zero and length 2,675 bytes.”  The exact offset and byte count add no identified consequence to the preceding statement that C8 read all five exhibits through the evidence API.

- Requirement 12, Relevance: The precision of “15:27:08.126” (§4.1) exceeds the use made of the approximately 52-second discrepancy.  In §7.3, “18,818,642 processed tokens,” “18,415,744,” “337,930,” “64,968,” “417,207 observed tokens,” “$12.846562,” and “$0.000623665” carry more precision than the conclusions about cached context and incomplete cost accounting require.  Round the figures in the report while retaining exact values in the execution records.
