- Requirement 9: “reference law” and “reference-product law” appear in Table 1 before Section 2 defines the “uniform reference product.” Define the distribution before Table 1 and state whether these phrases name the same distribution.
- Requirement 9: “accepted nonzero residues,” “valid-block readout,” “captured root events,” and “Qarton’s peak-width recurrence” lack definitions. The latter two also need enough source or mathematical detail to identify what was measured.
- Requirement 10: “Qarton revision 7506faba2147,” the “publication resource bundle,” and the “published Zenodo program, public outputs, verification keys, and Groth16 proofs” have no direct citations or locators. The Clopper–Pearson calculation also uses an uncited prior statistical result.
